Tyson L. Fielding MSPFP, CFP®, EA, APMA®

Tyson is a financial advisor and the firm’s president, specializing in personal finance as well as personal and small business tax planning and preparation.

Tyson earned a B.S. in Finance and a Minor in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and an M.S. in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. He is a CFP Board Certified Financial Planner™, an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and an Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor™. He holds a Series 65 investment securities license.

Tyson’s other interests include fly-fishing and ice hockey. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and Manchester, VT native, currently serving on boards of local non-profits.

David L. Fielding Jr.
CFP®, EA

David is a financial advisor with experience and community involvement spanning decades. Prior to founding Equinox Financial Advisors, Inc. in 2004, he owned and operated a public accounting firm for 25 years, Prior to that, he worked as controller of a publicly held company. David also served as Manchester, Vermont’s Town Treasurer and chaired its Investment Advisory Committee for over 35 years.

David earned a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley college. He is a CFP Board Certified Financial Planner™ and Enrolled Agent, authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. He holds a Series 65 investment securities license.

David’s other interests include hunting and fishing, and he currently serves on the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Board.
